Poetry BINGO!
Community Open Mic
Join us about once a quarter (every three months or so) for a community open mic. This event will be open to anyone who has attended any Surprise the Line workshop or event at any point in time. Once a part of the community, always a part of the community.
This poetry reading is casual and based on the idea of bingo! Participants are invited to create a 5x5 bingo card (free space in the middle) with words they think they might hear in a poetry reading. Everyone who wants to will get a chance to read at least one piece, and the first to BINGO wins a million dollars! (Not really.)
